Schedule your first appointment. You’ll meet with your therapist on a weekly or biweekly basis. In our sessions, we utilize a mix of evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities - including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic work - to support the changes and growth that you are looking for.
Over time, the deep work of therapy can help you process the past, heal from difficult experiences, increase your capacity (so you’re not on a short fuse all the time), and feel more confident & connected to yourself.
