A specialized practice focusing on Trauma-Informed Care, Intensive Recovery, and Clinical Expertise
We utilize eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in our sessions to help clients alleviate distressing memories, images, emotions, and thoughts. Although highly recommended for treating PTSD, it is also beneficial for anxiety, depression, phobias among other issues. As a trauma-informed practice, we take into consideration how trauma impacts all aspects of a person's life and weave this into our EMDR work.
Our intensive therapy program offers concentrated sessions often spanning multiple hours per day or several consecutive days. This format allows for more focused exploration of underlying issues, facilitates faster progress, incorporates a mix of interventions or resources, and deeper insight compared to weekly therapy sessions.

Our grief program offers therapeutic and educational support to help navigate any type of loss. We recognize that grief shows up differently for everyone and can be experienced across a spectrum. We address all forms of grief ranging from anticipatory grief to sudden or traumatic loss to relationship break-ups.
Financial therapy is... actually a thing? Yes! Money plays a HUGE role in our everyday lives. With that comes a lot of challenges around scarcity (or abundance!), anxiety, trauma around finances, and learned behaviors passed down intergenerationally. Our program is designed to help you address financial communication, reduce money-related stress, and promote healthier financial habits.
Looking for more of an educational or workshop experience with your peers? In just a few weeks, learn valuable tools through education and peer support in specific areas of grief and financial wellness.
Are you looking for clinical consultation as a therapist? We offer clinical consultation on specific cases and EMDR therapy. If you are receiving EMDR training through an EMDRIA approved organization, we will work with you to complete your required hours.
