What We Treat

Anxiety

 You might look calm on the outside, but inside, your mind is always running — second-guessing, overthinking, anticipating the worst. Anxiety can show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, restlessness, or even physical symptoms you can’t explain. You may feel like you’re "too much" for some and "not enough" for others. In therapy, we help you untangle the fear, self-doubt, and pressure that keep you in survival mode. Whether your anxiety stems from early life experiences, chronic stress, or the demands of a caregiving or helping profession, we help you create space to breathe, feel, and take your power back.

Depression

 If you're feeling numb, withdrawn, or exhausted from pretending you're okay, you’re not alone. Depression isn’t always obvious — sometimes it looks like burnout, irritability, or just going through the motions. It can be especially heavy for those who carry responsibility for others: parents, partners, helpers, healers. Maybe you're grieving the life you thought you'd have or feeling stuck in a role that no longer fits. Trauma & PTSD

 You’ve lived through things that changed you — and maybe you're just now realizing how deeply it impacted you. Trauma can shape how you see the world, your relationships, and even your sense of safety in your own body. You might be experiencing flashbacks, emotional numbness, sleep issues, or chronic anxiety. Whether you’re a first responder, a survivor of childhood trauma, or someone who has always just “pushed through,” you don’t have to keep carrying it all alone. We offer EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help you process, heal, and feel whole again.

Grief & Loss

 

Grief isn’t just about death — it’s about the loss of anything meaningful: a person, a role, a dream, or even a version of yourself. Maybe you’ve lost someone suddenly, are navigating ambiguous grief (like estrangement or illness), or you’re still grieving something the world thinks you should be “over by now.” We create space for the complicated, non-linear experience of grief — where sadness, anger, love, and even relief can co-exist. Our therapists walk alongside you with gentleness and honesty, allowing you to grieve in a way that honors your story.

Life Transitions

 Even when change is “positive,” it can be incredibly disorienting.  We support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, burnout, and career or identity concerns. Many of our clients are high-functioning on the outside but privately struggling with people-pleasing, childhood trauma, perfectionism, or emotional exhaustion. 


 We know that not all therapy feels helpful, especially if it wasn’t trauma-informed or felt too surface-level. Our approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in real connection. We go beyond just coping skills—we work with you to get to the root of the issue in a way that feels safe and empowering. 


 Our therapists use a mix of approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy. We tailor our approach based on your goals, history, and how you process experiences. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is our care.
