I’m an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, clinical supervisor, and mentor with a deep commitment to supporting clinicians as they grow into confident, well-rounded EMDR therapists. With a background rooted in trauma-informed and human-centered care, I specialize in grief, complex trauma, and real-world case integration. I bring a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to consultation—blending clinical insight, protocol expertise, and practical support.
I built my practice from the ground up—starting solo, offering EMDR sessions one client at a time. Over time, EMDR became the heart of my clinical work, and I gradually shaped my practice around it. What began as a solo venture grew into a thriving group practice that now specializes in EMDR therapy. I got here through a lot of trial and error—figuring out what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to building a focused, sustainable, and values-aligned EMDR practice.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe asking questions, exploring stuck points, and developing your own clinical voice. Whether you’re navigating certification, looking to strengthen your EMDR work, or wanting mentorship as you build your practice, I’m here to support you on your journey.
