Group Length: 12 sessions (60 minutes)

Who It’s For: Parents and caregivers of adolescents (ages 12–18) experiencing behavioral, emotional, or relational challenges.

Overview:
This supportive group helps parents better understand their teens and navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence and compassion. Through guided discussions and practical tools, participants learn to strengthen communication, manage conflict, and foster emotional connection within their families.

Goals:

• Deepen understanding of adolescent development and behavior
   
• Build confidence and emotional regulation in parenting
   
• Improve family communication and problem-solving skills
   
• Reduce conflict and promote healthier, more connected relationships

In-network participation: Horizon/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Out-of-Network. We are not able to accept Medicare in-network or out- of-network for this group.

Overview: This supportive group helps new mothers adjust emotionally, connect deeply with their infants, and find balance in the early months of parenting.

Goals:

• Support maternal mental health and adjustment
   
• Strengthen parent–infant bonding and understanding of development
   
• Promote self-care, confidence, and healthy coping strategies

In-network participation: Horizon/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Out-of-Network. We are not able to accept Medicare in-network or out- of-network for this group.
