Now hiring a clinical therapist to join and grow with our practice! We offer a hybrid workspace and incredibly supportive environment for professional growth. Although our posting is part-time, we will work with you to slowly grow into full-time if desired.

Role Description:

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Clinical Therapist. The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for conducting mental health therapy sessions (including EMDR) for approximately 13-15 clinical hours per week. This role will be primarily remote with some flexibility for in-person work. The Clinical Therapist will be able to set their own hours but will need to work either one evening or one weekend day per week (you choose). 

You may be a great fit if you have: 

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
• Valid New Jersey state licensure as an LCSW, LPC or equivalent 
• Experience and knowledge of trauma-informed therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have either completed an EMDR basic training program (Part 1 & 2 + consultation), be EMDR Certified, or an Approved Consultant recognized by EMDRIA.
