I'm Ambre and I'm so glad you found our practice page! I'm the founder of Better Wellness Counseling and Consulting. 

 Life can be incredibly challenging, filled with unexpected twists and turns that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. I can't express enough the importance of having someone by your side to help you navigate those winding roads. 

I bring nearly a decade of experience as a clinical social worker and use a holistic and trauma-informed approach to consider not only the immediate challenges you may face but also your unique background, taking in the full spectrum of your experiences to help you on your healing journey.

Although I primarily focus on trauma, grief, and loss -- I also feel passionate about other issues such as burnout specifically with healthcare workers and entrepreneurs. I am a Lyme literate mental health therapist and I'm also a certified EMDR therapist who has been practicing EMDR for the last five years.
